The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 94(FIN) "An Act relating to the medical use of marijuana; and providing for an effective date." Representative Coghill rose to a point of order stating that debate was straying from the bill. The Speaker cautioned the member to confine remarks to the bill. Representative Austerman placed a call of the House. Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative James be excused from a call of the House. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS CSSSSB 94(FIN) pass the House?"
